YOUTH TRAINING

Bigger. Stronger. Faster. The goal of every single teenage athlete playing sports of any kind. I still remember the first workout split a bodybuilder created for me when I was 15 years old. I remember the exact order of exercises, the sets, the rep  scheme, everything. It created a foundation for a lifelong mentality of training. 
 

Rise Up Training at it’s very heart is to work with youth while providing a solid foundation of faith, fitness, and nutrition elevating the quality of life for every  individual. I believe our kids, the next generation, are worth every expense….our time, our effort, and our experience. Let Rise Up be a part of teaching  every young man or woman to work hard, be disciplined, form a foundation of health, strength, fitness, nutrition, and the highest priority of living for  something much bigger than ourselves, Jesus!!!

All programs include a specialized assessment. Specialized progress reports and charts. S.M.A.R.T. GOALS. Individual training programs specific to each athlete according to their sport or goal.
