WHY PERSONAL TRAINING
As your coach, I will create a personalized plan for you to achieve your short-term and long-term fitness goals. Provided nutritional plans will coincide with your fitness plan. After creating your individualized plan, we will ensure you can correctly perform the prescribed movements. Body position is key. It is a coach’s responsibility to monitor you, make sure you’re doing the exercises safely and effectively, and then alter the program as necessary. One of the most crucial roles of a personal trainer is to motivate you to succeed in your goals and to encourage you on to do your best. Exercising is supposed to be fun. An effective trainer will show you how to avoid boredom with your workout, as well as how to push yourself when you feel like giving up.

TWO WAYS TO TRAIN
1-On-1 Training
The ultimate coach/client atmosphere. You will have my complete attention the entire time. We will focus on proper movements, correct and safe form. I will provide real time feedback and cues to get the most out of your time. Great for lifters needing a solid foundation, or a novice lifter looking to take training to the next level.
Buddy Training
Great for adding factors of accountability and excitement. Bring a friend or family member. You get less 1-on-1 time, but gain much more. Buddy training is a great way to cut cost by splitting 2 ways, also great for someone relying on you to show up. Grab a partner and start this journey together.

LOCATION: I train clients out of a private gym in the Soddy Daisy, TN area. It is a private personal training studio with some small group classes. My gym is only open to clients during their session time with their trainer and to those participating in a class.
